Orders are posted every day Mon-Fri by Australia post, we usually post next day,Australian orders should take 1-5 working days depending on destination,Express post has been added as a postage option for parcels with in Australia,if you are within the express post network delivery is usually next day,

Overseas orders should allow at least 1-2 weeks, longer leading up to christmas.

All Items on the web site are in stock, in rare instances stock levels may not be correct, we will notify you if this occurs and give you the option of a refund or backorder, if you dont see the item you are after in your size or colour you can send an email and I will get it in for you. It is possible we may already have it and just not listed it as yet.
